Will there be a new company name following the merger?
Yes. Amphenol Telect and All Systems Broadband have officially joined forces under the brand name Amphenol Network Solutions.
Do I need to change the company name on my PO?
No. Please continue to purchase from both companies as you have previously.
Is the merger official?
Yes. We will be combining business operations in the coming year. We will continue to provide updates and communicate any changes.

Yes, Amphenol Network Solutions will remain a division of Amphenol Corporation.

Amphenol Network Solutions headquarters will be in Liberty Lake, Washington, where we have operated for the past 36 years. We will also have a significant presence in Raleigh, North Carolina, where All Systems Broadband’s Product Development Center resides.

As we begin combining business operations, you will see changes in business cards, our new company website, and email addresses, for example. Rest assured that the contact information you currently have will reach your sales team at each company. We will communicate when any changes take effect.
Can I still get the same products I have recently purchased?
Absolutely. You can continue to order from each company as you have previously. We also have several new products, contact us to discuss your current and upcoming needs!
Do I need to be concerned with an order I have already placed?
