Low-Voltage Disconnect Panels

Extending batteries beyond a critical level on the low end can cause damage to the batteries and require a longer recharge time. Telect's low-voltage disconnect (LVD) panels prevent this problem.

This innovative series of panels provides a compact solution for power circuit protection. Coil-operated contactors (LVDs) disconnect the power system from loads when system voltage falls below a preset level. Each unit is modular in configuration and part of a rack-mounted assembly.

Panels come with factory-set disconnect voltages that can be manually adjusted in the field. Separate disconnect and closure voltages prevent rapid cycling of the LVD when the voltage is precisely at one of the control values.
