Telect's 1 RU multifunction panel provides an ideal platform for low circuit count connectivity at the edge of wireless networks, helping to build efficiency into 802.11, digital radio, cellular and other applications.
Optimized for cell tower base stations, remote sites, and other limited-space environments, the 1 RU panel flexibly handles T1/E1, T3/E3, Ethernet, and fiber optic connectivity in just 1.75 inches of vertical space. Mount a chassis in an equipment rack or on a wall – whatever your space demands – and choose the connectivity modules the application requires.

Features:
- 1 RU chassis accommodates three modules
- Termination capacities: up to 24 DSX-1, six DSX-3 or 48 fiber or RJ patch
- One-module total front access wall-mount bracket is ideal for lower-capacity applications—manage one DS3 or up to six DS1s
- DSX-1 modules include a comprehensive range of front cross-connect options: wire-wrap cross-connect fields and RJ45, BNC or wire-wrap I/O — all with 8-termination capacities
- 6-port DSX-3 module enables access to both sides of the signal from one module
- High-density optical modules are configurable for patch, splice and splitter applications
- RJ-RJ patch module provides industry-leading density with up to eight jack contacts wired straight through; handles T1, DDS and Ethernet 10/100 circuit access and re-arrangement (Cat 5e and Cat 6 compatible)

Chassis
The 3-module chassis houses up to 24 T1 terminations in a single 19" (483 mm) rack space. It includes reversible mounting brackets for 23" (584 mm) applications and a shield ground pin for ITU G.703 compliance.
