Executive Leadership
	Wayne E. Williams, President & CEO As a member of Telect's founding family, Wayne Williams has held numerous positions with the company since 1982, providing him with a broad background of industry-related knowledge. Mr. Williams has led Telect's product development, sales and marketing efforts, and today he is the company's president and CEO. He holds several telecom-related patents and is a member of Telect's board of directors. top of page
	Stan Hilbert, Executive Vice President and CFO Stan Hilbert brings nearly 20 years of financial and strategic planning experience to his position at Telect. A CPA with a degree in business administration, Mr. Hilbert is responsible for Telect's global manufacturing operations, information systems and technology, financial and cost reporting, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, and tax and treasury functions. top of page

	Bill Williams, Founder and Chairman Drawing from an extensive career in the telecommunications industry, Bill, along with his wife Judi, founded Telect in 1982. In addition to his active position with Telect, Mr. Williams serves on a number of community boards and committees. top of page
	Judi Williams, Founder and Vice Chair As a co-founder of Telect, Mrs. Williams' efforts were instrumental in building the Telect employee team, as well as the overall management of the company. Today, she also serves outside of Telect by leading several community boards. top of page
	Samuel Hayes III, Board Member, Harvard Business School Samuel Hayes brings a wealth of banking and financial expertise to Telect's board. He has taught courses in investment banking and corporate financial management, among others at Harvard Business School. He has consulted for a number of corporations, financial institutions and government agencies. top of page
	James Keenan, Retired Hendry CEO Formerly the CEO of Hendry Telephone Products, Mr. Keenan holds a BSEE & MSEE from the University of Southern California. He has more than 30 years experience in electronic design engineering and general management. top of page
	Walter Oliver, Board Member, General Dynamics Walter Oliver is the vice president of human resources for General Dynamics. Previous experience includes work with SBC Communications, Ameritech, Johnson Controls, Inc., and Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation. top of page
	Tom Simpson, Board Member, Northwest Venture Associates Tom Simpson is Managing Partner of NWVA, a leading venture capital fund focused on Pacific Northwest-based companies. He has nearly 20 years of experience as a venture capitalist and investment banker, and serves on the Board of the Technology Alliance of Washington and the Advisory Board for the University of Washington Business School. top of page
