This is what it's all about.
From the beginning, Wayne Williams designed the 30-Year Ride as a means to connect with customers, one-on-one, in their communities.
Months ago, Williams said, "One of the reasons we’re doing this Ride is so our customers better understand the DNA of Telect—who
we are," Williams said. "We're taking this edgy approach to connect with our customers at their location, one-on-one. As we journey on these motorcycles and visit with our customers, we can roll up our sleeves in this very intense, economic time to really listen and develop strong relationships," Williams added.
The Schaumburg and Elgin (Illinois) roadshow events will be on The Ride's highlight reel!
The Ride crew connected with customers at both a hotel and a customer's site in Illinois, listening to customers' needs and evaluating how Telect will provide solutions.
