The industry's most robust equipment rack system, each rack is designed for indoor environments as a platform for providing +24 or -48 VDC backup power during utility power outages.

Description

Meet the requirement for backup power with the industry's most robust equipment rack system. Configurations are available with three, four or five shelves. Each is Zone 4 Seismic rated and features a standard 7' high x 23" wide footprint which provides the most Amp Hours per Square Foot of floor space in the industry.

Heavy-duty two-post wide-rail steel framework meets Zone 4 earthquake standards
Battery trays adapt to several battery sizes and weights up to 138 lbs. (63 kg)
Each shelf holds four "front terminal" batteries for a total weight of 2,760 lbs.
Adaptable to +24 or -48 VDC power distribution
Standard EIA universal hole pattern enables mounting of electronic equipment when fewer than five shelves are in the rack
Positive and negative collector buses sized for 1200A, include standard 2-hole lug bolt pattern
Standard color is pewter/charcoal gray for frame and telephone gray for shelves
NEBS certified

Included accessories:

Two 2350A (at 50 degree C temperature rise) 6 output copper bus bars
All necessary cabling to connect battery strings to collector bus bars
Rod retainers for securing batteries within each shelf
